These terms govern your use of the AHQ Paws website and any purchases you make through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded.

AHQ Paws is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of this website or our products beyond the purchase price of the affected items.
