You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Email us at hello@ahqpaws.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a return label and instructions.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it or refund you in full, including any return postage costs.
